Good pizza. Prices a little high for that kind of pizza.

Pizza is ok. I'm not really a fan. Eaten here many time and is the same every time. The atmosphere of the old time pizza parlor is something you can't get anywhere else though. Lots of room for family functions.

High priced, low quality pizza. Poor customer service. They refused to give me a fork and knife to eat my pizza :-(

If this place was like it's namesake it's nose would reach the moon. Where to start? I went because a group of my friends was meeting up here. The crusts are pre-made, sauced, cheesed and waiting for who knows how long to be topped and when my friends pizza arrived it was over baked to the point of being burnt. They are unable to do half and half pizza, which shows they don't participate in the craft of making pizza, but assembling it. The sodas were overpriced and mostly ice. Conclusion: I love my friends, but they eat to live and not vice versa. Next time I'm going to choose the restaurant.

I've lived in Cottage Grove for most of my life. Pizza places have come and gone here, but Pinocchio's Pizza has remained. Nothing has changed at this place since I was a little kid - not the decor, not the furniture, and even the bathrooms retain that lovely 1970s orange. I love it. Everytime I step through the doors I'm taken back to 1970s childhood birthday parties. As for the pizza . . . . it's the best in town. It's not generic chain-store pizza with skimpy toppings. It is ultra crispy crust and loaded with toppings. And, contrary to a prior review, they WILL make half and half pizzas - we get them all of the time. I believe there is one pizza on the menu that they won't do half/half.

The best pizza around! I was born in raised in Cottage Grove, have lived in 4 cities and two states, and still haven't found anything as good as Pinocchio's. When I was pregnant with my son, I made my husband drive me 45 minutes each way just for the taco pizza! The crusts are handmade each day, the cheese is the cheesiest, the toppings are fresh and OVERLOADED! The taco pizza is my favorite. They are spendy but DELICIOUS!!!! Well worth the money spent! Oh, and the place is a little outdated, but I am there to eat fabulous pizza, not worry about the decor!

Just plain bad pizza from the rock-hard crust to the low-grade toppings.

We were passing through and decided we wanted something other than fast food... Overall not super impressed mainly because of variety of pizza and customer service.. the combination pizza I got was good but it was like I walked into the twilight zone when I got there the staff were neither welcoming nor rude...just kinda there. The resturant was a bit dated but it was to be expected bc it's not a big town. They didn't have any chicken or white sauce pizza and the salad bar was run down. All n all its just ok.

I probably should have listened to the reviews or paid attention to the fact that there were no cars in the parking lot at 5pm on a Sunday. The person taking the order didn't seem to care if we were there. We ordered 2 pizzas with only 2 to 3 ingredients each pizza - both including tomatoes. They brought the pizza to our table saying "were these pizzas supposed to have tomatoes?" - then offered us a plate of cold tomatoe slices. Pizza wasn't the worst I've ever had, but was down near the bottom of the list. I honestly can't recommend this place to anyone.

Isn't the same as when I was a kid here growing up. Not sure if management has changed or what, but dominoes pizza down the street is much better if you can believe it, and service is better. Salad bar last few times we visited was disgusting. I think it's still fairly popular because they help the local sports teams and they have a large dining room for parties. Fact is, it's overpriced, subpar, service is lousy. I hope someone buys it who actually cares.

I love your toppings on your taco pizza, only thing I would change is the crust it's way too dry. My husband loves it so we keep coming back. Another thing, I noticed your packets of taco sauce taste different, I don't like it. It's too sweet it needs to be changed back to what it used to be.

Mediocre pizza at best. Ordered a large via phone, asked how many it served. They said it was 12 slices. When I arrived I noted a crew member cutting up a pizza. This pizza was the size of a small in ANY other Parlor. It was 14" in diameter, it may have had 12 slices but it only fed 2. I talked to the person at the register and his only comment was "sorry your unhappy. Poor service very small portion for over $25.00.

First time eating their pizza and it was terrible. The veggies were cold on the pizza which doesn't seem possible after they take put the pizza in the oven with the veggies on it and they don't have chicken (are you kidding me). Also the dough they use taste like cardboard. Pizza is my favorite so I have been to a lot of pizza places and ate a lot of different types of pizzas and this by far was the worst pizza I have ever ate. DO NOT GO HERE. SHITTY PIZZA THAT IS OVER PRICED. As I was eating the crust I could fell it just scrapping the inside of my mouth. There's a dominos down the street go there! Better pizza then this place for sure.

Ordered a pizza to go. The phone and walk in service was terrific. I took home a medium pizza which tasted wonderful. I'll be back.

The guy in the parking lot said they had the best pizza in town- as this is the first place I've tried, I pray that's not the case. The restaurant was empty at 1 on Sunday (red flag) and the $25 and 30 min wait for a large pizza may have piqued my expectation to something grander than ended up essentially being a vessel for ranch (my 6 yr old said it tasted like wood- the bottom was unpleasantly coated in cornmeal) . There was insulation coming our of the wall at our table (yummy! Fiberglass!). That being said- the ranch was good, lots of dill.... So, if you really like ranch coated medi-ochre pizza, this is the joint for you~

I love Pinocchio's! We live 500 miles away now, but ALWAYS time our drives down around an evening stop at Pinnocchio's before driving the last 40 miles "home". We like the crisp thin crust and it's not real greasy. We always get half Taco half Pleasure Island.

Refused to give us fork. Didn't want to give us plates to eat the pizza. Flies everywhere.. kitchen is all filthy. Nobody's wearing hair nets..or washing their hands to prep food. Didn't greet us at the door.
